Terms, Conditions & Program Agreement

By enrolling in The Playbook, The Playbook VIP, or The Huddle 6-Month Membership (each a “Program”) offered by Amanda Carroll Coaching (“Amanda Carroll,” “we,” or “us”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions in full. Where a section applies to only one Program, it says so. Please read this agreement carefully before purchasing.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Playbook
The Playbook is a 12-week group dating program for ambitious women who are ready for a committed relationship. The Playbook includes:

  • The Playbook course modules
  • Weekly live group coaching calls with Amanda Carroll during the 12-week program
  • Six (6) months of membership in The Huddle, Amanda Carroll’s community, beginning when the 12-week program ends

The Playbook does not include private 1:1 coaching sessions. Private coaching is available only through The Playbook VIP.

The Playbook VIP
The Playbook VIP is a high-touch, results-driven 1:1 coaching program designed to help women find and enter a committed, healthy romantic relationship. The Playbook VIP includes private coaching sessions with Amanda Carroll, access to The Playbook course modules, live group coaching, access to The Huddle, and ongoing email/Voxer support.

The Huddle 6-Month Membership
The Huddle is Amanda Carroll’s community for women who are dating with intention. The Huddle 6-Month Membership is sold on its own for a one-time payment of $497, paid in full at checkout. It includes:

  • Six (6) months of access to The Huddle, beginning on the date of purchase

The Huddle 6-Month Membership does not include The Playbook course, private 1:1 coaching, or Voxer access. Membership ends six (6) months after the date of purchase and does not automatically renew. To continue after six months, the Client may purchase a new membership at the price in effect at that time.

2. TRAINING CAMP FAST-ACTION BONUS (THE PLAYBOOK)

The first ten (10) Dating Reset Training Camp members who enroll in The Playbook within 48 hours of the end of their Training Camp receive Voxer access to Amanda Carroll, on these terms:

  • Voxer access lasts for the Client’s 12 weeks in The Playbook.
  • Voxer is open Monday through Friday. Amanda Carroll replies within one (1) business day. Messages sent on weekends or holidays are answered the next business day.
  • Voxer is for quick questions and support between live calls. It is not a substitute for, or a form of, private 1:1 coaching sessions.
  • Spots are filled in the order payments are received. The bonus is personal, non-transferable, and has no cash value.

3. THE PLAYBOOK GUARANTEE (THE PLAYBOOK)

Amanda Carroll Coaching stands behind The Playbook. Instead of a money-back guarantee, we keep coaching you.

If the Client completes the 12-week program, meets every condition below, and is not in a committed relationship (a mutually exclusive romantic relationship) by the end of the program, the Client receives, at no additional charge:

  • An additional three (3) months of live group coaching with Amanda Carroll
  • An additional three (3) months of access to The Huddle, added after the Client’s included Huddle membership

To qualify for The Playbook Guarantee, the Client must, during the 12-week program:

  • Attend at least eight (8) live group coaching calls
  • Complete every module of The Playbook course
  • Go on at least seven (7) dates
  • Communicate openly and honestly with Amanda Carroll and act in good faith

To claim the guarantee, the Client emails amanda@amandacarroll.org within fourteen (14) days after the program ends and lists the dates she went on. Call attendance and module completion are confirmed from program records.

The Playbook Guarantee is not a refund and has no cash value. It does not include private 1:1 coaching.

4. THE UNTIL YOU FIND LOVE GUARANTEE (THE PLAYBOOK VIP)

If a Playbook VIP Client completes the program in full and has not yet entered a committed relationship, Amanda Carroll will continue to work with her at no additional charge until she does. This commitment includes:

  • Continued 1:1 coaching sessions with Amanda Carroll
  • Continued access to live group coaching and The Huddle
  • Continued email and Voxer support

To remain eligible for the Until You Find Love Guarantee, the Client must:

  • Attend all scheduled 1:1 coaching sessions (with at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule)
  • Actively implement the strategies, exercises, and process as instructed
  • Enter the dating process without an active emotional or romantic entanglement with another person
  • Complete all assigned coursework, journal prompts, and exercises
  • Attend a minimum of three (3) live group coaching sessions per program cycle
  • Communicate openly and honestly with Amanda Carroll throughout the coaching relationship

The Until You Find Love Guarantee is not a refund. It is a promise to stay by your side until the work is done.

5. NO REFUND POLICY: ALL SALES FINAL (ALL PROGRAMS)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By purchasing any Program, including The Huddle 6-Month Membership, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, failure to participate, personal circumstances, relationship status changes, or dissatisfaction with results.
  • No partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, or credits will be offered.
  • For The Huddle 6-Month Membership, the full $497 is earned at purchase. No refund or credit is given for unused time, including if the Client stops participating, leaves the community early, enters a relationship, or has her access ended under Section 8.
  • If you pay through a payment plan or a third-party financing provider such as Afterpay, you are responsible for all scheduled payments regardless of your participation. Financing through a third party is an agreement between you and that provider.
  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not entitle the Client to a refund and may result in termination of program access and legal action to recover fees.
  • This no-refund policy is disclosed and agreed to prior to purchase and is a material term of this agreement.

You are investing in access to Amanda Carroll’s expertise, time, coaching methodology, community, proprietary materials, and ongoing support. This investment is non-refundable because it is delivered from the moment your Program or membership begins.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Results depend significantly on the Client’s own participation, effort, honesty, and implementation. Amanda Carroll Coaching makes no guarantee of specific outcomes or timelines beyond the guarantees described in Sections 3 and 4.

The Client agrees to show up, complete assigned work, communicate openly, and implement the program process in good faith. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the applicable guarantee.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical, legal, or financial advice. The Client is responsible for her own decisions and personal safety when meeting and dating others.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

All coaching sessions, materials, and communications are confidential. The Client agrees not to share, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary program materials, frameworks, or methodologies belonging to Amanda Carroll Coaching. In group calls and The Huddle, the Client agrees to keep other members’ names, stories, and personal information private. Sessions may be recorded for Clients’ personal use with consent.

8. PROGRAM ACCESS & TERMINATION

Amanda Carroll Coaching reserves the right to terminate a Client’s participation in any Program, including The Huddle, without refund, in the event of abusive, disrespectful, or dishonest behavior toward Amanda Carroll or other program participants or members. Program and membership access is personal and non-transferable.

9. AGREEMENT & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing any Program, the Client confirms that she has read, understood, and agreed to all terms in this agreement, including the no-refund policy and, where applicable, the conditions of the applicable guarantee. Completing checkout constitutes acceptance. This agreement is entered into voluntarily and is a binding contract between the Client and Amanda Carroll Coaching.
